1. Henry's Pub
Over the last six years Henry's Pub has emerged as an establishment among Southern California's elite. We have embraced the Gaslamp Quarter of Downtown San Diego with open arms. Good food, good friends and good times are familiar characteristics of our young restaurant/nightclub. |
2. Downtown Johnny Brown's
For some eighteen years now Downtown Johnny Brown's has held its reputation as one of San Diego's most cherished watering holes. With more beers on tap than one can shake a swizzle stick at, generous salads, homemade soups, and mouth-watering burgers! |
3. Dublin Square Irish Pub & Grille
Now, San Diego has it's very own piece of Dublin, snug in the corner of San Diego's Fourth Avenue. Dublin Square Irish Pub was manufactured by O'Sullivan Interiors and shipped thousands of miles across the Atlantic Ocean. |
4. Martini Ranch
Weather you are an aficionado of fine cocktails or just like to have good times with good friends, you should be at Martini Ranch in the Gaslamp. The perfect place between up scale and casual, Martini Ranch offers 59 hand-blended martinis from 2 full service bars. |
5. Casbah
The Casbah has been open since 1989. Its first location had a legal capacity of 75 and hosted such bands as: Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Lemonheads, The Jesus Lizard, and Rocket From The Crypt. In the beginning of '94 we moved just down the road to our larger, plusher quarters and the rest is history. |
6. Flicks
Flicks was the brain child of Larry Gillis back in 1982. When music videos were becoming mainstream, Larry wanted to create the first gay video bar in San Diego. When Flicks opened in February 1983 it was half the size it is now and only had two large screens which showed music videos, movie clips, comedy skits, and tv shows. Flicks was an instant hit with the gay community when it opened. |
