UCLA or Berkeley; Which one's better?

In september i'm gonna start college in the UK, but in my 3rd year i have the chance to study abroad in the US as part of an exchange program. My 2 preffered colleges at the moment are UCLA and Berkeley. Which one is better in terms of student life, quality of education etc?

i think both coz if you leave near LA UCLA is the best for noth berkeley will be the top over ther sorry my family study ther in UCLA and berkeley both are competative in every aspect
